(More customer reviews)I'd give the product zero stars, but that's not an option. My printer didn't recognize the cartridge and print command timed out. At least the company was nice enough to send me a return shipping label, though their restocking fee took a big bite out of my refund. I cannot recommend this to anyone: just pay more, and buy an hp cartridge.
