(More customer reviews)I have a NX400 and bought these because I have previously purchased a 68 series in black and they work great! However when I got these 3 colors and I installed them normally as they fit perfectly, but the printer doesn't recognize them! I called Epson @ 800-533-3731 and got a technical support specialist who confirmed that the NX400 will only read the 68 series in black. Just a heads up.
