(More customer reviews)I bought this based on it being described as a NEW cartridge. No where did I read that I was actually buying a REFURBISHED or REFILLED cartrdige.
Included in the packaging were "test results" which somehow didnt show the streaking that was showing up in my printer. I went back to the old cartridge which WAS a genuine HP toner cartridge.
When I tried to call all I got was a busy signal.
