(More customer reviews)I will first say that I am pleased with this HP ink. It's official ink for my HP printer. 5 stars for the ink. Nothing more to really say about that.
I wouldn't have even bothered reviewing the ink, however, there is something that seems amiss. The ink cartridge I got came in only a simple plastic casing with a peel off back and that's it. No retail packaging (as stated in the product name and also pictured). It looks as if this was taken out of a set and sold separately. I don't know what the deal is here. That doesn't seem like the right thing to do, and I would especially not expect this from Amazon. I also ordered Original HP 02 Cyan Ink Cartridge in Retail Packaging, which did come in retail packaging just as pictured.
It's official HP ink so I'm glad about that. Ink is ink. But, I find it additionally distasteful for whoever packaged this to also include a little note saying, "leave us a 5 star positive feedback for this purchase...show others that we are the ones to buy from." The product is great, the purchase was unusually unprofessional. A 3 star rating is more appropriate for this purchase.
