(More customer reviews)When I first got this toner my printer would not recognize it and kept giving me an error message. I tried taking it out and putting it back in several times and that did not help. After several days, I got frustrated and just hooked up another printer. A few weeks later I accidentally printed to my HP Color LaserJet1600 and lo and behold the toner suddenly worked. I have no idea what finally made it "register" with the printer. Now that the printer recognizes the cartridge, it works just great and the printed quality is good. However, like I said, it didn't work at first and nothing I tried would make the printer recognize that the toner had been replaced. I wouldn't buy this product again because it wasn't worth the headache or frustration.
