(More customer reviews)Most important: it works. Sometimes cheap toner like this has a worn out drum or some other fault, but these seem to be new parts.
Only con would be the unexpected delay receiving the produce due to a back order. We waited too long ordering the replacement, and had to figure out how to print our faxes. Not sure if this is common with them, or if we were just "lucky".
