(More customer reviews)To refill the cartridge was easier than I could have imagined. Just "follow the directions" and you can have it done in 10 minutes. Saved $75 by refilling the cartridge vs new. Use Exacto knife and heat the blade. Cut 1/2" hole. I used "small" piece of duct tape for the hole and refill was done. Works like a new cartridge. Can refill cartridge twice per instructions.
