(More customer reviews)I was sent a cartridge that does not work and was told I would be sent a new one. I contacted them again after a few weeks of not receiving a new cartridge with no response. There is no phone number, so all communication has to be done via email. It has now been almost a month and I have a useless cartridge and no response from the seller. Buyer BEWARE!
