(More customer reviews)I ordered these as they were half the cost of the Brother toners. I just installed them so I don't know how they will last over time but they are working fine so far. The machine automatically recognized them as new toner cartridges.
I put four stars instead of five stars because of the following:
1. There were no installation instructions included and the installation is not intuitive. I had to find the machine's manual to figure out how to install them. The only reference included was a generic note to send an email to the vendor through Amazon should I have any questions.
2. There were no recycling instructions. Every manufacture's cartridge comes with recycling instructions (and usually with a pre-paid mail sticker).
