(More customer reviews)In my particular case, unable to change/swap the chip on the cartridge after "filling". Each bottle was only 25% full - which I was told would refill the cartridge. Contacted Seller about problem & they're refunding purchase price. GREAT customer service. Would order from them again - other than this particular refill kit.
