(More customer reviews)Ordered this cartridge from Inkers. Opened the bag containing the cartridge and was greeted by a cloud of black toner. The cartridge was covered with toner. Being the optimist that I am, I dusted it off and mounted it into my printer. The printer software notified me that the cartridge is defective. Waiting to hear from Inkers about a refund as I had to purchase another cartridge at Office Max at more than double the price.
