(More customer reviews)I've tried to save money on toner replacements by buying remanufactured toners. Occasionally they work fine, but one was missing parts, one had a dead spot on the drum, one left spots on the paper, and one came with a thick, messy coat of toner powder all over it. Never had a problem with an original Samsung cartridge and I won't waste any more time with the refills. Product works great, and the 1-star deduction is because the cartridge is, well, kind of pricey.
