(More customer reviews)Received Dead on Arrival (DOA). Was not pleased with the poor quality that I received. Printing comes out smudged and streaked. Purcahsed this to replace toner that was getting low. Did not install this new toner until very short warranty was past. Bad deal for me. Poor value. Vendor would not do anything to make this right. Didn't even respond to email asking that they reconsider. Would not purchase from TheFactoryDepot again.
