(More customer reviews)First, the shipment came sooner than expected which is always a plus. Second and most important, this is the exact same ink that HP sells for less than half the price. It's like you are paying for just the ink refill not the entire cartridge, as it should be! I do a lot of printing (black ink) and though I hate my HP printer, I am very pleased to have found this ink seller who I feel isn't trying to rip me off.
