(More customer reviews)I am very upset with the quality of this product. It is far from cheap so my expectation for the product to perform was fairly high. I inserted the magenta cartridge and found that after 2 days of minimal use it was leaking. I hope this does not speak for the other cartridges. I contacted Amazon and was put it touch with the manufacturer. I hope they demonstrate a little bit of integrity because the present performance is unacceptable. Bernard Laffer
