(More customer reviews)I would use caution in purchasing this laser cartridge. I ordered a Q6002A and a Q6003A. One worked, the other did not. My printer would not recognize the toner cartridge. Upon close examination, I discovered that they had done a very sloppy job in gluing in some electrical sensing contacts, and the glue covered one of the terminals. I was able to scrape off enough glue to make the cartridge work, but I believe that most people would not discover this problem (I happen to be an electrical engineer). Tally also does not supply a free shipping label to recycle the cartridge. Next time I will spend the few extra $$ to buy a real HP cartridge.
