(More customer reviews)I've tried several off brand remanufactured cartridges for my HP printer and this is the first one that I really felt ripped me off. I sent it back to Amazon and was given a refund without issue, and I won't be trying any of the other items these guys sell.
When I first put the cartridge in my machine it worked fine, but it seemed to run out of toner really quickly and when I checked the supply status report, it had only printed 7,400 pages when it ran out of toner, and these cartridges are supposed to print 12,000 pages. My last Verbatum brand cartridge printed just over 13,000 pages, and I am printing the same thing I was printing then, so this cartridge didn't seem to have enough toner. I know it's impossible to put the exact same amount of loose toner in each cartridge, but 7,400 pages versus 12,000 pages is a pretty big difference.
