(More customer reviews)I've had this printer for a number of years and really like it, but the drum unit is expensive and very delicate. After just a month I have to replace it again and I have no idea why. There's every possibility it arrived damaged. If this replacement doesn't work, I'll scrap the printer entirely because it's less expensive to buy a new printer than to pay another $90 + shipping for the drum.
My advice - check the cost of replacement toner and drums before you invest in a machine. Of course the printers are cheap, the manufacturers make their money off the cartridges and drum units.
