(More customer reviews)I bought this product for my company as I like to safe money and protect the environment. The product was shipped in time, no issues with that. The instruction on how to refill the cartridge is very bad made. The photos don't clearly show where e.g. the chip card is placed exactly. I took me a while to figure out where it suppose to be. Bad luck, the cartridge which came originally with the printer didn't have a chip card. After refilling the cartridge and being powdered in toner (don't wear good cloth!) I put back the cartridge (without chip card as there was no space foreseen for it...) of cause it didn't work. What I did to get my printer up and running again was putting the chip in the location where (maybe with new toner cartridges) the cart holder suppose to be (I saw inside the printer contact points) and as it was just put loose on top of the cartridge, without any support frame, I moved it very carefully back into the printer. Luckily the card didn't move so it worked!
I do not see that this toner is more dark than the original one as advertised. Before you go and buy this product you have to make sure that your toner cartridge has a chip card holder foreseen, if not I do not recommend to buy this product at all. For me it was a trial, next time I will not buy this re-fill toner again. I prefer to spend the money and buy an original cartridge.
==>> Correction. I had a bigger printing job to do (it total 2000 pages). Now after printing just appr. 1200 pages the message pop's up that toner is empty!!! What a cheat! It's not just messy to fill and handle, on top of that you can print less than 30% as you suppose to!!! If you don't want to waste your money and time DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
