(More customer reviews)I got the ink for my parents and at first we were a little upset we thought it was empty so i sent seller a message telling them we wanted a replacement they responded right away within like 5min. they told me that canon had a block so you would to buy there ink at top dollar but there was a way around it. i sent the email to my mother she did what they said and it worked perfect. i am glad i didn't get a canon im a dell man myself and never have any trouble with aftermarket ink. i think its pretty dumb canon would do something so cheap. i have alwasy under the impression canon's were really good printers and sure they are but i wouldn't buy one just for that reason. anyway the ink good deal and great price
