(More customer reviews)It appears that this cartridge toner was very old. The HP box it arrived in did not have the appearance of a new product. When installed it left a wide streak of dry toner down the length of the printed page. Although disspointed in receiving a defective product, I was very pleased with receiving a full refund including the shipping cost. Thank you Amazon for the great customer service.
