(More customer reviews)I ordered 3 toner cartridges. I just installed the first of the three, and there is a bad smudge along the left side of the page. I installed the second one and it seems ok. But, I cant seem to locate contact information for the vendor to address the first cartridge, which is not usable. So, be careful what you order.
