(More customer reviews)The Black C500 cartridge worked great, and the color laser printer is the foundation of my office. I had terrible luck with the color cartridges that came with the printer, but the black was reliable and worked until dry. I especially like the Lexmark recycle program, where I take the old cartridge, put it in the replacement box, and drop it at UPS for free return.
