(More customer reviews)Well, I received my package in a reasonable time, but when we tried to install, the drum fit, but the toner cartridge would not fit.
Turns out they sent a TN360 instead of the TN460 that was ordered to fit my MFC 8500 machine.
So now we sent an email, and play the waiting game.

Edited to add that the seller quickly and painlessly sent the correct cartridges, and provided a simple way for me to send back the original ones.
I am very satisfied, and have been using the new cartridge since then. Updated 9/12/2010
