(More customer reviews)This printer cartridge arrived quickly and looks just like the genuine hp article. Unfortunately the printer wouldn't accept it as a new cartridge. Verbatim tech support was very nice and is sending a new one (as soon as they receive the one we have) but we have to pay the return shipping. I'll update this if the replacement doesn't work either.
