(More customer reviews)So, the toner is easy to fill in the used cartridge and makes for a good value. The problem is with the reset chip (not sure how often you need to replace this). The chip is practically glued on to the cartridge in many cases and the instructions from Laser Tek dumb it down to just taking off the old one and putting on the new one. Bad details. Obviously it is more complicated than that. I guess we will just toss the chips and continue to use the old ones until they stop functioning any longer. It is still much cheaper to continue doing this with their refill toners, even if I am wasting money buying their chips with each refill kit.
