(More customer reviews)We are in the process of adding these inks to our Xerox 8550 Phaser Printer, so how well they work over the long term remains to be seen.
However, due to our printing needs, I believe we are running completely on the yellow color now. The pure yellow (100%) is acceptable, but lighter pure yellows (20-10%) tend to be less vibrant and have a hint of green or grey shades to them. This is not evident in photographic prints as of yet - we are using up the last of our Xerox ink for Cyan, Magenta and Black right now.
For our purposes, it is a suitable and affordable replacement for genuine Xerox brand refills. However, those who require precise colors should either stick with Xerox refills, or opt to mix these in between the Xerox refills to maintain color while cutting costs.
UPDATE:
While not nearly as vivid as the official Xerox inks, these replacement inks do the job very well, producing color printouts very close to the originals - only someone who has been shelling out a small ransom for the Xerox inks for years can really tell the difference. We are very happy with these, and will continue to reorder them via Amazon.
