(More customer reviews)First of all, the customer service sucked, THE LISTING COMPANY. The rep. hardly spoke English, nor know where my order was, nor know anything about the item. I was told that I would be getting a RIBBON (as listed here), and not the cartridge. I was told "That is why the price is so cheap. If your cartridge is new, all you have to do is to change the ribbon to save you on the money." I ordered 3 of this item. When the item was arrived, it was nothing like what we confirmed on the phone. It was a cartridge~! The worse, it only lasted for one day~!!! I am buying an OFFICIAL BROTHER Cartridge to SAVE MONEY.
