(More customer reviews)I ordered a NEW Lexmark 16 black ink cartridge. I was sent some re-manufactures POS! Nowhere in their copy does the vendor indicate that this is anything other than a new Lexmark cartridge. I will be filing a complait. I expect information to return this re-ferbed junk at the seller's expense and a NEW Lexmark cartridge, as advertised, to be sent to me at no charge!
