(More customer reviews)In my initial review I gave it a 2-STARS as the black cartridge would not work and I expected the least out of the Customer Service, but to my amazement once I conveyed the seller of the bad cartridge the Customer Service Department followed up with my complaint real quick and shipped me a new cartridge without any charge or returns !! Both the cartridges are working fine for me.
Hence I would recommend this product as it comes with a very good after-sale customer Service.
