(More customer reviews)I'm sorry to write this, but I bought these for my fax machine, and when I put one of the new ones in, my machine tells me "out of ink, replace". I shook it, and did everything I could think of, and still won't work. It looks exactly like the one I took out, both of them do, but they will not work in my machine. It won't even let me make a copy of anything. I'm not sure, but I think one of them was used and refilled with ink, but the other was still in box, and even it won't work. So sorry. I had to go to a store and buy one at a much higher cost, and it works. So sorry.
