I'm in California and they are in Florida yet I always receive my purchases within 3 days and in excellent condition. They would get 5 stars from me except that the ink is slightly lighter than the original Epson ink, but it is not enough to really make a difference. This is my second order from them and I have received the same excellent service both times. They will get all my ink business from now on.
