(More customer reviews)I already left a review and tried to take care of it with the company DNSINK. I keep getting these reviews so I will fill them out every time I get them. Basically I was accused of not using the ink properly and told to change my review to a positive one. The person I was dealing with in the e-mail was from another country or something because I couldn't read but half the emails she sent. Service was terrible and the product is now in the garbage, the old saying stands true you get what you pay for. Problem with this was the Magenta, it clogged no matter what you did and also I check just to see what it would do I smeared on sub paper and stuck it under the press just like I was doing a shirt and the Magenta didn't even work it left a small light colored stain.
