(More customer reviews)I'm afraid after installing one of the cartriges into my printer I printed two sheets and the third got stuck in my copier. I pulled out the paper and proceded to start again when I realized the paper would not roll into the copier. Repair was futile I will have to get a new printer. This printer is ten years old so not all was lost on buying high priced ink
