(More customer reviews)You will stand around waiting for this machine each time you use it. This goes for copying, faxing and scanning. This is due to the ink sticks it uses and it has to "warm up" even to send a fax. The Xerox scanning soft ware is poorly designed as well. This is a waste of time and infuriating when you need to get things done quickly. Poor value overall, and after 2 years the machine jams on every page printed now. I am not even going to call out the repair guy. If I can get $50 selling this on ebay it will be good ridance for a dog of a performer. Buy a Fujitsu Scan Snap S510 if you want an excellent scanner.
