We then had to remove the system to unclog the yellow, but due to the design or a possible defect, removing the system caused a small circuit board on the system to break. I have contacted the company twice in the past 20 days, and they refuse to even reply. I just filed my claim with Amazon.com.
I like the system and would actually just like a replacement. But, as I said, the company won't even reply. Hence my two star rating.
