(More customer reviews)I purchased this item thinking 'plug and play'. Totally not true. I had to modify my printer with a Dremel tool, chunking out the left hand side so when the printer started up, the plastic ribbon would not get caught. Cut after cut, try after try, I finally got the printer to start properly. I have to print with the lid open because the ribbon needs to free flow, not a huge deal, just annoying. I also have to manually check the printer and the ribbon everyother print job to insure everything is aligned properly.
Overall the ink wells are providing lots of high quality print, just a headache to get setup and requires maintainance regularly.
