(More customer reviews)It's simple. Lexmark has a lock on the production and refill of their toner cartridges, and they charge an excessively high amount for the ink. I am captive, and while they may find that quite profitable in the short term, they will find that Lexmark has lost my long-standing loyalty, that on the basis of my experience, my son just purchased a Brother, and that I will be looking at competitive products in the future.
