(More customer reviews)I am totally dissatisfied with the "[["ASIN:B001ERDEME two HP_compatible toner cartridges (CB436A)"]]" which I bought from JacobsParts in January 09. Although I installed each cartridge exactly as instructed, the print quality of both is persistently very faint, just barely legible, and only suitable for rough drafts. I finally went out and bought a genuine HP cartridge, to reassure myself that my printer was not at fault. The difference in print quality is dramatic. The HP cartridge prints like a laser printer should; JP's prints like I've activated an extreme "economy mode." I guess that's why I got two for the price of one ... JP have not responded to my email requesting a refund over a week ago.
