(More customer reviews)I was a little nervous about doing this myself, but the thought of paying another $275 for 4 new toner cartridges motivated me to give it a try.
After reading the reviews I was prepared for a messy adventure but if you take your time and go very slow, the mess in minimal. I did puff a little toner out when refilling but very little because I learned that you don't actually squeeze the bottle, you just gently tap the tip on the edge of the hole and take a break when you feel tense and it goes in nicely. I also stopped, sat the bottle down and tilted the cartridge left and right very gently to lower the level just enough for more toner to go in the hole.
My only issue came when it was time to change the chip. I didn't know where to put the tiny double stick tape. So I called Eagle Brand and they talked me through it right there on the phone. Then came the real test...into my printer.....SUCCESS!
Not a single problem and I saved almost $200 bucks! I am a Happy Camper now!
