But I see no indication of that in the write-up --- the package carries the HP brand name and the cartridges behave like new in that they fully interact with HP software, something that my past experience with refills proved to be a problem. So I recommend this product as brand new HP cartridges at an attractive price. They also arrived from the seller in short order and in very good condition.
