(More customer reviews)Refurbished toners are always a crap-shoot, trust me, I'm in I.T. dept at my work and I deal with bad toners all the time. These are pleasantly acceptable. While I don't think their capacity is quite as much as the originals, they are pretty close. And nice to know these are good for the environment too. I've used 2 toners already at work and so far no complaints. I'm planning on ordering again.
