(More customer reviews)I purchased this item from this vendor because Verbatim is a known quantity and I wanted a compatible toner-NEW, not reconditioned. What I received was NOT Verbatim (no indication on the toner cartridge of any brand name) and it was RECONDITIONED, not new. So BUYER BEWARE. I should have called vendor and/or Amazon as soon as I received the product, but inertia set in and so far 2 months into light use it is working ok-down the road, who knows. I suggest if you encounter the same problem, i.e., product sent is not the product advertised and shipped,Call them on it/alert Amazon-False ADVERTISING!
