(More customer reviews)I ordered, at a terrific price, the pack of Epson cartridges. That was great. They arrived on time. However before arrival I sent an e-mail, as directed that the printer was inoperable and the cartridges couldn't be used. I received a nice e-mail from a customer-service rep. that I could return them by taking to P.O. and getting return sticker on unopened package (less restocking fee). I wrote that in the meantime the printer started working. But then a few days later it was down again, and this time I gave up trying to fix it, as the problem was mechanical. I did send the product back as instructed, and I guess I'm "out" any refund, as I had written an e-mail that the first letter should be negated. So, I'll just take my loss. I had a second printer, a Canon, and did order twice since then cartridges for it. That's my story!
