(More customer reviews)The toner cartridge leaked ink all over the print drum causing me to not only have to purchase another print cartridge (new), but, also a new drum, which is close to buying a new printer plus had to go to Kinkos to print and copy reports amd documents. The lesson I learned.....do not buy remanufactured toner cartridges for a laser printer. I will state that the seller was very prompt in rectifying the issue and refunding money. I would do business with them again, just for another product.
