(More customer reviews)After installing this new toner to my copy machine, I made about 20 copies and got an error message on the copier telling me to replace the toner cartridge! I took it out. Shook it back and forth a couple of times, replaced it and tried again. Got about 10 copies done and had to repeat this process again.
I eventually called the company that sold the product and they explained that yes, you have to turn off the copy machine, unplug it, take the toner out, shake it, replace it, plug it back in, turn it on, and try again! So every time you need to make a copy you need to go thru this process. Not only is it time consuming but VERY MESSY! The black toner comes out and gets everywhere. I've learned to take it outside to shake it to avoid getting the black stuff all over my house. It does get on my hands, but washes off easily =/
I am very frustrated by all of this and very DISSATISFIED!
