(More customer reviews)This is a very poor product. The directions/pictures that come with the toner are of very poor quality. They don't tell you in their Amazon ad that you should also buy a refilling tool. So I had to use a heated exacto knife to make the hole. Not easy, believe me. The whole process is very messy so be aware!! I tried to contact Laser Tech Services for customer support and was cut off from their "live chat" with my problem still unresolved. When I tried again to contact them I was only able to send an email and never received a response. After much fiddling around, I finally figured everything out. And guess what? The refilled cartridge won't work in my printer. The printer obviously recognizes that this isn't legit. I has an error message saying "wrong black cartridge" I am sending the whole mess back and hope to get a refund!!
