(More customer reviews)I got four complete sets of all four toner colors for less than the cost of a single black cartridge from Dell. The colors are just as clear and vibrant as the original Dell toner. The black toner can be problematic. Occasionally on photos with a lot of black, the toner will "stick and smear." Also, printing on any paper thicker than standard (card stock, labels, envelopes) causes the same effect. It's like the black toner refuses to completely detach from the developer drum and it causes a smear or a ghost image on the printout. I assume this is from the toner, since it never happened with the Dell toner. However, I had to send the printer in for servicing and they sent me a refurbished printer instead of fixing my original one, and that's about when I switched toner - so it could be my printer and NOT the toner causing the problem. Since I mostly use this printer for manuscripts, transparencies and homework, it's not really an issue.
