Recently DELL updated the printer firmware to not accept the non DELL products.The new version chip just released in the market and we are gonna have it soon.If you didn`t updated your printer driver ,you wouldn`t see that error.There are two solutions.You can take the chip from the DELL empty cartridge that you have and put it on the new cartridge.Second solution is to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it from original CD and never update your printer driver.

I NEVER BUY A TONER ON AMAZON, I SPENT twise for don't buy a original toner on dell.
