(More customer reviews)"If it seems to be too good to be true..." You know that adage? Great Toners as they call themselves wasted my time and money. Ruined 200 pages of expensive (special) paper for a professional job. The drum they claim "...high quality aftermarket toner and drum package is unconditionally guaranteed to satisfy the most demanding print job." That proved to be bogus.
Printing splotches down the center of every page does not "satisfy the most demanding print job". It is unacceptable garbage. What do they guarantee then? Their claim is just hot air - false advertising.
Shipped it back with "Return for Refund" written on the package, and a letter inside requesting a refund. But they did not read. No refund. Weeks later I had to open a dispute with American Express to force the refund. That is a hassle! Copy the proof of return shipping, etc.
On top of all this they send an email 6 weeks later stating they will not refund until I return the merchadise. But I did that a month ago! Have the proof of FedEx delivery, etc. These people are clueless.
Buyer beware! Thank God I used AMEX who suspended the charge because Great Toners isn't great about any part of this misadventure. "If the price seems to be too good to be true..."
